I am happy to share that this has been my favorite place to hangout with friends in all of Lisbon over the years. The shisha is very good quality, the atmosphere is the most comfortable and welcoming, and the location is perfect. However, and despite all the good feelings I have towards this place and the people working there (which I also really like , it is definitely not without its flaws. I would say that the main flaw I find is the inconsistency in the opening times. Many times have I been at the door of Double Deuce and it was closed, and in the internet this information was not available. Bummer... Final thoughts: I absolutely love this place, and I really urge you to try it, but I recommend that you call it before going there just to be safe ;
