The mixologist in charge loves to use smokey scotches and set herbs on fire (not THOSE herbs, think cinnamon, sage, and basil), so tell him what you’re into and let his imagination run wild. Into rum? This place carries an absurd variety of it…and likely a few you’ve never even heard of.

Also, the playlist is the best I've ever heard in a bar.
