Mistake... read more This use to be our regular pizza place. Pizza's were well priced and tasty. I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but it is just going downhill. Mistake, after mistake. The last one was the worse. Our last order was placed at 5:30pm for pick up. The order was not ready till 7:00pm. Even asked a few times at the counter when it would be ready, as other people were receiving their pizza's, but just kept being put off and told soon. It wasn't until I started asking others when they ordered when picking up pizza's (eg. 6:15pm, 6:20pm), that I realised that they hadn't even started my order. So, at 6:45pm, I confronted them again and they finally found my order and made it. Never again will we order from here. The owner really needs to get some reliable staff and the business sorted out.

Despite there being no customers seated, the only two staff members were preoccupied and ignored us. There was only one wine glass available, and when we tried to get their attention, they continued to ignore us. It was clear that they had no intention of serving us, so we decided to leave and go to a nearby Italian restaurant instead. It's a shame because the food here is actually very good. The owner should consider properly staffing and training their employees.

After waiting... read more I placed a home delivery order at 5:30pm and paid for it. I was informed that the food would arrive by 6:30pm, two hours after placing the order. After waiting 2 and a half hours, I called the restaurant and was given the runaround, being told that the food was on its way. When it finally arrived, it was cold and terrible. I will not be dining here again. I intend to share my experience on social media to ensure that no one I know eats at this establishment again. Giving it 1 star was being generous.
