Mcdonald's - Lipscomb

Entire crew polite and very nice for beginning of the day!

The manager on evening shift need to be fired, she is not manager material. She needs to quit if she doesn’t like her job. This McDonald’s is disorganized and ghetto, lacking all form of communication skills. Corporate should close it down.

Ordered at speaker at 9.58 from there reciepts wit one person ahead of me and one person behind me got to window paid No response from person taking money no hi bye nothing got to window to pick up food with one person behind me and guy giving out foid I thiught just walked away another person a few min later opened window started handed me a bag asked what I ordered and said to him two Dr peppers light ice and apple fritter and pulled bag back into window and closedwindow with no response then a few min later a girl opens.window and asks what I ordered and stated to say 2 Dr peppers and before I got through with that she closed the window with me still talking then a few min later another person asked what I ordered told him and finally got my stuff I ordered after getting there at 9.58 and 1012 I finally got 2 sodas and a apple fritter its bad service almost all the time gettimg wrong food bad service now I go there alot in mornings and.the girl at the pay window is always very nice but the rest have bad attitutes and I'm about ready to stop going there service at fast food places have cotton bad I try to be as nice as I can be but I'm tired of getting treated garbage when I go through there when I show nothing but respect to anyone I meet

Was just a weary traveler and decided to stop at this McDonalds while passing thru because most McDonalds can usually deliver on a quick and decent drive thru experience but NOT THIS ONE. I was the only car in the drive thru line and still took forever for the girl on the speaker to greet me. When she did she asked me to wait a moment, I thought sure, no problem BUT while waiting We heard her whispering and giggling with someone thru the speaker, after about a minute she finally came back on and I started giving the order and she interrupted me and asked me to wait again, and the whispering and giggling started again. She obviously couldn’t tare herself away from conversation with co workers to take my order so I drove away and will never stop at this McDonalds again. All in all it was probably about 10 minutes and considering I was the only car in the line, It shouldn’t have taken that long to order, pay, get my food and be back on the road at any other McDonalds. If it wasn’t for this app forcing a rating before being able to submit, I would’ve given this place 0 stars.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. My son and I stopped by the drive-through for takeout one morning. There were only three cars in line, but it took at least 20 minutes to place our order. From there, it was another 15 minutes to get to the takeout window. We were surprised when we looked inside and saw that there were about ten employees working and only two or three customers waiting in line. Still, they managed to give us the wrong order (and all we ordered were two coffees and two biscuits). If you are on a family vacation or business trip, do not stop here unless you want to add some serious time to your itinerary.
