What Charles Brewer doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
I ordered curbside pickup. I arrived and used email button to notify the staff that I was there. I could see my order with lemonade sitting behind the counter but no one brought it out to me. After sitting there 20 minutes (no exaggeration) I went in to get my order. I regretted giving a tip. Rye bread was really dry. View all feedback.
As someone who orders curbside. My ticket said 8:24 I got there at 8:23 waited and waited as the app said “someone will be out” only for me to walk in and little girl behind the register is ringing her own food up. When I told her I had been sitting out there the last 10-15mins there was no apology nothing just handed me my food. Do better smh
Very busy location. Had to call inside for my curbside order even after using app to check in.
Pretty sure I got food poisoning from their special honey BBQ Spud (11/11/2023).Felt like it was microwaved. Very few workers there but the one girl was very polite. Not sure why they don’t include the silverware, napkins, and straws when they bring food out to your table.It’s very strange this restaurant is almost always empty.
I Came and got dinner for my family lastnight 11/2. I Ordered my kid the pretzel mini hot dogs. They were not eatable at all.The Lasagna soup taste like ravioli out the can. Highly disappointed.
The club sandwiches are always good but only this time I was disappointed. I almost ate a broken piece of broken toothpick. So I advise chew your food cautiously to avoid that issue.
