Are you serious that you are asking your customers who were already seated to leave their seats?!! Why dont you just tell us also not to order in the first place?!!!!If you cant accommodate your customers and you will just ask them yo leave their seats, you may just have a cut off and stop asking for orders! I ordered for take out, I was offered a complete meal so it must be the best chicken teriyaki and my 2 beef misonos with drinks, dessert and maki. They said it would take 5-10 minutes to serve, but it took 25 minutes because there were not enough orders on a Monday afternoon. So when the car arrived we were about to eat I realized that the 3 maki were not there. I didn't go back since I have a baby that I can't leave behind and the parking lot is too far away! It's been a long time since the prepared food is still lacking! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worst Tokyo Tokyo branch I've been into. 1. The Katsudon Supreme supposedly has 2 breaded pork cutlet in EQUAL sizes because that's what's shown on their menu. I received 1 AND ½ only. We asked nicely to have it replaced. It took them at least good 3 minutes to hand the bowl back. Replacing it won't take that long. When we took the bowl back, it's the FREAKING SAME PORK CUTLETS but this time their darker, more oily, smoking hot, and with more soy sauce. So, I'm assuming that they just dipped it back in oil before giving it back. Some crews weren't even paying us attention when we asked them about it. 2. The area's temperature, based on my personal exp, is so-so. I don't think there's AC turned on. And the space is so narrow. TOKYO TOKYO SM CITY LIPA, BATANGAS, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE EVER HAD! OCTOBER 14,2023 PROBABLY AROUND 2PM, WE ORDER MEAL FOR 3 FOR DINE IN NOT KNOWING THAT WE CAN'T FINISH/CONSUME IT ALL. 5PCS OF CHICKEN KARAAGE, 2PCS SHRIMP TEMPURA AND 2PCS PORK TONKATSU WERE STILL LEFT SO I DECIDED TO ASK THE DINING CREW FOR US TO TAKE HOME THE REMAINING DISHES AND GUESS WHAT THE SERVICE CREW BROUGHT TO US, 1 PLASTIC BAG AND 1 PAPER BAG. SERIOUSLY A PLASTIC BAG FOR A TAKEOUT AND FOR 3 DIFFERENT DISHES? SO I ASK THE DINING CREW IF THEY HAVE ANY CLAM SHELL AND THE DINING CREW CONFIDENTLY ANSWERED THAT THERE'S NONE. WOW BRAVO! SO THEN I ASK THE CREW ON THE COUNTER INSTEAD BUT IT'S THE SAME RESPONSE AND MENTIONED THAT IT WAS AN ORDER FROM THEIR MANAGER TO JUST GIVE PLASTIC BAGS ONLY. SO I ASK IF THEY DON'T HAVE CLAM SHELL HOW ARE THEY PREPARING TAKE HOME/ TAKE OUT ORDERS THEN. AFTER ASKING THAT QUESTION THAT'S THE ONLY TIME THAT THE CREW ENTERED THE KITCHEN AND BROUGHT 1 PAPER CLAM SHELL WHICH THEY MENTIONED THAT THEY DON'T HAD. RIDICULOUS!!!
