After a late night, the following day was slow to start. However, the highlight was dining at this humble restaurant. London is currently buzzing about BBQ food, but in the Philippines, it's a long-standing favorite. At Zeelong, the simple menu is executed perfectly. The small restaurant mostly caters to students at lunchtime, but when we visited in the evening, it was quiet. The photos on the staircase hinted at a lively crowd during busier times. We were lucky to meet all three owners, who were attentive and made sure we had a great experience. Though it may be a bit hard to find, this hidden gem is popular among locals.
