We sat down near the wall, and the wall is full of... read more I don't remember eating in a Hap Chan restaurant that I feel dirty. This place is filthy. We ate dinner here. We sat down near the wall, and the wall is full of dead large flies, and other things that I do not want to know. Quality of food is okay. Some are okay like the noodles. Mostly are oily.Service is bad. REALLY BAD. Their staff are just talking in one side forgetting that there are customers there eating. Normally we just raise our hand to call them, but this time, since no one is looking around if customers need service, you have to make your voice loud for you to be noticed. Imagine a room of a few customers eating dinner, you ask for 2 glasses of water. Usually it takes a little time for that, but for this restaurant, no. It took them 10 minutes for the water. Did the waiter forget about it? Did something very important came up? I will not go back to this restaurant ever again if I'm here.

The food was good, not... read more Visited this place for dinner on January 1. There were very few places open on January 1 and we wanted to have chinese food for a change. The food was good, not great but it was good and I would say good value for money.My biggest complain was the service. As its January 1, I guess the owner decided to be thrifty and not have their regular staff come in for work. The night was busy customer wise and they have a lot of trainees as service crew instead of their usual crew. Hence the result was very slow service and mistakes and confusions.
