We had very tasty goulash, pork schnitzel and beef flakes, also recommend the apple strudel and the linzer! I’ d just recommend to serve tap water but not only bottled.

The problem was the service, we had reserved a table for 3 about 2 hours before we turned up. When we got there, the woman dealing with reservations seemed unsure of what to do with us, would have assumed if I have a confirmed reservation, the table would be ready. After some confusion, went to a gentleman who was her colleague, larger man with glasses. He was very rude, started getting angry at me claiming I reserved only two hours before. I told him that’s really not my fault, if the table is not available the online reservation should simply reflect that and not let me reserve. He proceeded to give me attitude and was very unprofessional, as if he was doing me a favor. In the end, he said he is going to stop allowing people to book with short notice. Very strange encounter, either he does not understand how online reservation works or he simply has poor customer service experience. Was disappointing, as apart from this, very beautiful Biergarten area and good food!
