I got the “Tuscan Salad” and while it looks lovely, everything is so heavily covered in a balsamic-pesto that it totally overwhelms the more subtle and natural tastes of the main ingredients. Really wanting something light and fresh, this made the salad disappointing for me. Maybe it’s a luck of who is preparing it, but I assume that things are measured out. I’d be sure to request 1/3 of any dressing if I return.
