We had a party of 11. Though food was very good with no complaints the management of the restaurants is so poor that we considered walking out after 30-45 minutes. We stuck it out and worked with the waitress, who was taxed by poor infrastructureand support. I called at 2 PM saying that I was to be at restaurant at 6:30 with 11 people. The server never asked my name, which made me wonder. I called again at 6 to remind them. We appeared at 6:30 as advertised. Within 5 minutes, we were seatedat a long table. Then we waited. FOR OVER 60 MINUTES No server identified themselves as ours. At 40 MINUTES I went to frontdesk and advised no one was serving us. At about 65 MINUTES a server showed up to take drink orders. Once taken, the orderstook 15-20 minutes to be placed in front of us. Another 15 minutes before orders were taken. When orders arrived ? about 30minutes later ? two were missing. These orders came out about 15-20 minutes later. The overall period of time in the restaurantwas 2 ½ hours. Most of this time was waiting. Looking around, you could tell that the small staff was taxed. Waitress neverasked about refills on soft drinks. The final straw was that the restaurant appears to have a single mobile device for acceptingpayment. Because of this, customers had to wait for other customers to pay before they got the machine which was held by theserver. You could add the tip on this device, but the minimum allowed was 18%. So, in this case, if I wanted to ?make astatement? by lowering the tip, I could not. At one point, I asked the server ?where is the manager?. She said he was cooking. This tells you everything. I am highly sympathetic about the fact that it is difficult to hire right now. But the manager hasto be on the floor dealing with these situations and taking care of business. Summary: food was good; service was fair minus;management was poor.
We arrived around 2:30 for a late lunch. The restaurant was empty except for us (party of 2), and about 4 other tables. We were seated promptly. Our server took our order fairly quickly. Although she was timely, she was not friendly. Kind of gaveoff an air of being bothered to have to serve us. I had the Yexas dry rub ribs, and the hubby had steak a traditional BBQ ribs. Food was excellent! In light of how empty the restaurant was. It desperately was in need of some cleaning up. The floor aroundus and under tables near us has large food crumbs. Straws and napkins under them. The glass on the doors to the restaurant werein serious need of a good cleaning, ads they were very smears and cloudy. Kiddos the the kitchen staff, and the hostess.
Ordered 2 orders of loaded cheese fries asked for extra shredded cheese, bacon and fries and this is what I got. NO EXTRA SHREDDED CHEESE AND IT WAS TRACE AMOUNTS, TRACE AMOUNTS OF BACON THAT WAS ONLY ON THE BOTTOM ALONG WITH THE SHREDDED CHEESE,AND NO EXTRA FRIES? FRIES SOGGY AND UNDERCOOKED. FYI If you Fry THE FRIES longer the queso CHEESE won?t make them soggy andsquishy. This is after I spent about 5 minutes just trying to place this to-go order INSIDE. this simple order and it hasnothing I asked for nor fully fried. Half cooked queso cheese only fries with no bacon or chives. First and last time customer.Offered to remake it and yeah Issa no for me, that?s fine I?ll Take my money elsewhere to a restaurant who will get and cook myorder right the first time. and they weren?t even that busy I ordered this around 4:30pm. Edit: so I tried to doctor it upmyself and at-least add some shredded cheese cause that?s all I had (no bacon bits at home) and stick it in the oven to try toget the fries some type of crispyness and I pretty much wasted my BGE and effort as there was no saving the fries they are nowmashed potatoes quality. Flipping angry as this was the only thing I would?ve ate today so I was looking forward to some niceloaded cheese fries now my appetite is gone esp since I had to finish what the cooks couldn?t handle. Anyway Thank you, RubyTuesday! ???? smh
Standard Ruby Tuesday fair. The salad bar was good and the beer was tasty. I'm not sure if we went in at a bad time around noon, but the place was absolutely empty.
Great experience. The salad bar was great lots of fresh items. The appetizer of mozzarella Sri ms was very tasty although the marinara sauce container was tiny but I got another. Our waitress Jade was great. She was a super hard worker with lots ofhustle, she should get a raise because I not only see her waiting tables but working the to go pickup area too. She kept refillscoming and always checked on us. The food was good, no complaints.
