What Javier Figueroa doesn't like about Embassy Suites By Hilton Baltimore At Bwi Airport:
They advertise their shuttle bus every 30 minutes on the hour. We waited for over an hour and every time I called the front desk said they were on their way. When they finally arrived (with 2 passengers), TJ (driver) said there were too many cars parked on the airport so he decided to leave and come back. View all feedback.
Everything was nice and clean. The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the staff wasn't very nice, everyone we seemed to come in contact with had an attitude, they were very short when being asked a question like they were annoyed that they were being spoken to.
It's been a couple nights here on a visit to Maryland. The room was very nice and that everything anyone would need. The happy hour was great but crowded and the breakfasts were awesome.Rooms: Very roomy and had everything one needs for comfort.Food drinks: The reception happy hour was very good. Two free well drinks per room.
This hotel was excellent. Great location close to everything in Baltimore. The service was superb and room was excellent. Loved the evening reception. The bartender and waitress was very friendly and hard working. I loved the fitness center even though the total gym machine is not operating. The bool was great too. The hotel had everything we were looking for in a Baltimore weekend getaway.
This was the worst stay I had every had at a hotel. The room is very old and broken down, the hotel phone did not work. I informed the front they send an engineer to tell me that the phones on the 2nd and 3rd phone are not working and he can't fix it. I asked about a menu to order room service and was told I need to go to the restaurant to order what I want and ask them to bring it to my room. What type of room service? I needed towel and was told to come to the main counter and pick it up myself. I called customer support for assistance because I couldn't believe I was having such a bad experience at a Hilton location and embassy too. The rep at the Hilton customer refuse to help. Ask me to call the hotel myself and work it out. I ask him wasn't it his job to correct this situation and he hung up the phone on me. I am very disappointed in this Hilton experience and for now see the Hilton name in a different light similar to a motel.Rooms: The room is old worn and out dated. Need upgrade and repairs asap.
This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. Not only am I ashamed that I booked it. But I’m ashamed that I am an actual Hilton honors member and this is what I was allowed to stay in. From the mold in the lobby teaching across the ceiling but the overall air quality and temperature in the room. I wasn’t greeted by any valet, any hotel member or staff. My room stayed on 80 degrees and the thermostat was broken. There were no sheer curtains in mutton so it was either sit in the dark with windows closed on the 3rd floor or open the windows in the middle of summer and burn while the passerbyers look at you. Not only will I NEVER stay here again but the whole hotel needs a revamp.
