Yesterday morning I left this establishment with zero coffee in hand.The two ladies working the counter had me stand in line (by myself) for a straight 5 minute... read more Yesterday morning I left this establishment with zero coffee in hand.The two ladies working the counter had me stand in line (by myself) for a straight 5 minutes and didn’t say a single word to me.They were slow. Rung up the drive-thru customer. Looked at me. And then just stood there and talked with one other. Watch the cameras if you happen to not believe me (if you have them).I go out of my way to patronize this coffee shop and this is the second time this has happened. I was more than patient but the lack of communication was extremely rude. Not even a “hello”. Eye contact was made multiple times. Am I invisible? Wearing a BRIGHT blue jacket that astronauts could see from outter space.This time I walked out.Disgusting service.Not to mention the drive thru is horrible as well. Last time I was in the drive thru I waited 15-20 min.Update : seems odd to pay extra for a “Large” coffee only to have them leave 1.5 inches of space from the top. See photo. I hadn’t taken a sip yet.I’m done with this shop. Using my rewards and then not going back.I do not recommend. This place is going to really struggle if another coffee shop opens in the area.

The staff is friendly, the interior is pleasant, and they can prepare nearly anything you want. They excel at unique flavors while also being great at the classics.
