The Brick House Grill - Lindsborg

In my opinion, this place serves the best carry-out pizza in the city, although it is slightly pricier than Casey's. Their specialty pizza is definitely worth the extra cost, and their burgers are also fantastic. However, I'm a bit disappointed that the owners removed the soda fountain. Now they just pour a lukewarm can of soda over a little bit of ice, which results in a drink that's mostly melted ice. If the soda cans were chilled, it would improve the experience quite a bit.

The food is really great. Their pizzas are among the best I’ve ever had. The decor is quite dark and somewhat lacking in warmth, and the place could definitely use a little cleaning. However, it's worth giving them a try, as the food more than makes up for it.

I’m really disappointed that they are sometimes closed even when their posted hours indicate they should be open. We’ve attempted to place an order on two occasions during their supposed operating hours...

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. It was definitely worth the 1.5-hour drive!

I had some of their AMAZING pizza and enjoyed watching the Royals game after taking in the sunset at Coronado Heights. What a fantastic little mom-and-pop restaurant!
