We came in and ordered four French toast and after waiting 25 minutes... read more This restaurant can’t handle a group of six people or more. It’s absolutely embarrassing. We came in and ordered four French toast and after waiting 25 minutes they brought out two other dishes and told us that they don’t have any syrup and we’d have to wait 20 minutes for them to make more syrup. So we changed two of the French toast orders to chicken and then 20 minutes later they came out and said a new big group came in and they would not be able to make any syrup. We drove home and got our own syrup because we had kids and they brought out the coldest worst French toast I’ve ever had. The said they would reimburse us the 2 French toast. It’s so bad. Won’t ever be coming back. Surprised it’s still open.

After I paid the girl disappeared and never came back so I asked another guy and they said they only had gift whatever and I explained wth? I already paid. That’s when they gave me my cake! I’m going to need you guys to be better at customer service instead of making customer pay and then wait 48 minutes. ‍

When we called to place our order, we were told they no longer had the rolls we wanted, which turned out to be untrue when we arrived. Additionally, they refused to sell us individual slices of cake, even though they were already sliced and ready to go, and the employee's attitude was frustrating. To top it off, the pasta I always order was so bland and tasteless that I only took one bite before tossing the whole bowl. It was a complete waste of time and money, and I'm incredibly disappointed.

The server watched us sift through the sandwich to remove them, but didn't offer any apology and simply walked away. This place used to have a classy vibe, but now everything is served on paper plates and bowls.
