The food is always fresh, orders are accurate, and the staff is friendly. I had an amazing customer service experience recently—after placing an order on the mobile app, which charged me, it was mistakenly sent to the wrong location. When I realized this, I reordered at the Lincroft store and mentioned I really needed my coffee due to the mix-up. Just as I was about to pay, the manager, who works at both locations, kindly comped my coffee. Although it was only $2, I truly appreciated his generosity. That’s what great customer service looks like!

When the employee shouted, “everything bagel, extra cream cheese,” I took my order and headed to work. To my dismay, I found that not only did I not receive the extra cream cheese I requested and paid for, but there was hardly any cream cheese on one half of the bagel and almost none on the other half. This experience only confirms why I rarely go to Dunkin' Donuts; their portion sizes are disappointingly small and seem to be getting worse, and it feels like they prioritize profits over quality. It honestly feels like I’m being cheated. I’m done with this place.

The coffee is fantastic as well, thanks to their top-notch water filtration system.
