We often eat at zaxbys and always had a decent service. today I am here at 19 o'clock. the service speed was excellent and the eating was good. I gave 2 stars because I was expected to pay 25 cent per ketchup and Mayo packages! I did not ask for an excessive amount only 2 packs mayo and 3 packs ketchup. I would expect to pay 25 cent for extra ranch, honey screed etc, but for small ketchup and Mayo packages!? is that right, are others accused of it?

I was charged extra for more sauces I already know. Just don't do me extra and not in the regular sauces in the box....also 7 Cheddar bites for 4,00 dollars is a demolition. Better.

Sometimes sometimes super fast service. Depending on time and day. Food is good and hot. One of the better chickens is when you look at his fast food.
