What User doesn't like about Zaxby's:
This restaurant is disorganized and lacks accountability. They seem unconcerned about providing a satisfactory experience for their customers. After ordering takeout and discovering missing items, they showed little effort to correct the mistake. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, they could at least make an effort to improve.
