Cook Out - Lincolnton

I enjoy Cookout as much as anyone else. The food is consistently good and my order is always accurate. My only gripe is the wait time for service. I would give them a perfect score if it weren't for spending over half an hour in the drive-through. When they get busy, they struggle to keep up with the high volume of orders.

Great looking restaurant, decent food, but a cashier who can't listen to basic orders and argues over what we ordered, and fails to get it right not once l, but twice... As long as Mark isn't my cashier again we might come back.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was all dried and burnt from one side. The beef enchilada was OK, but honestly it had more cheese than anything else. Service was friendly and fast. The floor was a bit slippery I was using crutches and almost slipped and no sign of a wet floor or anything.

My sister tried the BBQ for the first time and is hooked. It is so favorable but not too spicy.
