The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and courteous, and the establishment is clean and well-maintained. My sub sandwich looked like it came straight out of a magazine and was incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

If the main chef is not in, the food quality suffers! I enjoy dining at this sandwich shop because their sandwiches are consistently delicious. However, when the manager is not present, the staff seems disorganized. During my last visit, employees were talking amongst themselves and abruptly stopped when I approached. Despite explaining my order in detail, I still received the wrong sandwich. In the past, when the manager is on duty, I have never had a problem with my order. It is frustrating to be ignored while employees chat instead of focusing on customer service.
Good food. Enterprise policy could improve, although it is an institution.
