They dont speak or glare at you even when you approach and say “hello” or “thanks”. Black Beans have been HARD on a few occasions and when i asked i was told they come that way. So i left and went to another chipotle and that was fine. They passed inspection and all celebrated however i find it less than immaculate when i have been there at times (behind the counter) i have ordered chips and salsa with a meal. Twice they were not included in the bag i didn't check before i left (my fault) and i mentioned it the next time (Not wanting a free offer or refund) but “hey you may want to check that” barely a head nod was the reply. Mostly they are standing around chatting… and last time there was a 4 minute wait for rice?! How is that possible ? It wasn't the end of the day. Just very disappointing ! The service is not at all welcoming in fact its miserable

Chipotle offers their own delivery service which is much cheaper... read more Although Chipotle itself is a good restaurant, I cannot recommend using DoorDash for ordering. Chipotle offers their own delivery service which is much cheaper than using DoorDash. The prices on the DoorDash menu are inflated, so even without factoring in any additional fees, you will end up paying more for each menu item compared to ordering directly from the Chipotle app.
