I would not recommend this restaurant at all. They clearly do not know how to manage time. I placed an order for a sandwich through their app, and they accepted it, saying it was ready when I arrived. However, when I got there, they informed me that they were out of bread. The poor treatment of the sandwich maker, especially during a busy day, is unacceptable. It seems like they receive no support at all and probably don’t even get tips since the manager took that away. I’m surprised they still have employees given the conditions they endure. They are handling all the work—sandwiches, side orders, deliveries—without any backup. It’s daunting. Honestly, how can anyone expect their employees to work under such pressure? The business would be better off closing down rather than frustrating its staff to the point of leaving. Additionally, it’s frustrating that they keep running out of standard items like onions and tomatoes. This failure lies with management, not the employees. If I were the owner, I would take a long, hard look at how the store is being run and make some serious changes.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews because I’ve never had a bad experience here. While they seem to be short-staffed, the team does their best to accommodate everyone. By the way, the characters you have now are a bit eerie, LOL. I even took a picture of some of them! I’m not sure of the names of the staff members who were there tonight, but one of them was in training. Although he occasionally struggled, his customer service was excellent and it was clear he was genuinely putting in the effort. The person training him was also very friendly. They may have been a bit overwhelmed, but their attitudes were fantastic, and the food was above average—definitely generous portions. If you have the chance, why not show your gratitude and leave a tip on your next visit? I’m sure they would really appreciate it!
We reached the end of our experience at this restaurant, and it was quite disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff struggled to process our payment properly. Overall, we encountered several issues during our visit, which left us feeling frustrated.
