We found root 8 in the last summer when we drove from burlington to st. catharine and wanted to eat somewhere on the way. we were so happy to find a fully vegan... read more We found root 8 in the last summer when we drove from burlington to st. catharine and wanted to eat somewhere on the way. we were so happy to find a fully vegan restaurant in the environment and really enjoyed our meal. we had the buddha bowl and a panini with fries. the women there were very friendly. we couldn't go any of the baked but they looked great.

I had a Caesar salad with buffalo flower wings. it was so good. one of the best vegan meals I had. my friend, who is not vegan, had the burger and loved him. Portions are big and were not overly expensive. also large customer service.

We were so happy to find a fully vegan restaurant in the area and really enjoyed our meals. We had the Buddha Bowl and a Panini with Fritten. The women there were very friendly. We were unfortunately unable to go one of the baked goods, but they looked great.
