Taco Bell - Lincoln

This was the worst food experience I have ever had. Waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru is not fast at all, and they could barely call my burrito "crushed." How do they run out of salad? It's not as bad as when Burger King ran out of burgers, but still.

This place is a total waste. Every time I come here, my order is incorrect or the food is terrible. I understand that it's fast food, but when I ordered a dozen tacos, each one came with salad and half of them had very little meat. I think the strong skunk smell coming from the drive-thru window might explain why the staff can't even make a taco correctly.

This restaurant does not even deserve a star rating. I went there today at 11:45 am and, as expected, they were busy. I was the fourth car in line with four cars behind me. Around 12:00 pm, they suddenly stopped serving and ignored everyone, without informing us that they were closed. One car waited at the pick-up station for over 10 minutes while employees inside laughed at them instead of informing them they were closed. Finally, a worker came out after about 15 minutes and explained they were closed due to a lack of employees, despite the fact that I saw at least 5 employees inside just standing around doing nothing. What a joke, Taco Bell should do better.

Loved tb. I've been there for a long time since I've been on an ate. tacos have become smaller, and apparently the hired do not speak anymore or make eye contact. almost like eating from an automatic machine.

After sitting in line over 15 minutes(not even a high traffic time), placing my order and getting the total, I was told that their ice machine was broken and is that okay . Not a good time to be told. I know for fact that ice is available for purchase at several places within 2 miles(super saver, gas stations etc). The Mtn. Dew was not just room temp, it was HOT. GO BUY SOME ICE! Not just that but the crisp taco was completely smashed. Have you ever tried to eat a taco salad out of a paper wrapper? It's not easy in a car.
