My third bowl of Pho in Lincoln, NE. I understood that language, part of culture shall be and is being reshaped and that it is very localized! And so is food! What happened here in Lincoln? Where did the flavors of the Pho went? What happened to all the spices that were supposed to go into Pho? Where is that caramelized sweetness of onion and the ginger ? Best place to get my pho fix in Lincoln! Staff and family are always welcoming.
I have had Pho from all across the country, and Vung Tau is #1. I have been dining there for 14 years, and this restaurant has my heart forever. Thank you, Vung Tau. You are a staple to the community and culture.
One of my favorite restaurants! Good food, good people. Not much more one could ask for.
This place is amazing, just like reddit told me it would be. It would be hard to imagine anyone being disappointed by the food here
