the food was good, but when I told the guy that I prepared my sandwich that I didn't want my sandwich roasted, he didn't believe me and he started to argue with me about it. Whose sandwich was it? mine! did the hired eat it? No! if I say not roasted, I don't mean roasted. Why is that so difficult to understand? Why are they fighting with me? Why do you care? you don't eat it. I'm not going to this place anymore. View all feedback.
At least I'll try the o st. location again. in the last three years they have not received my driving-thru order. today the brot was wrong, the cheese was missing, the salat was old, and apparently light mayo means 2 tablespoons worth. I thought the cookies were safe, but I found a hair in the bag that wasn't mine.
I ordered the outlaw 12 sandwich and it was absolutely terrible no meat terrible mabey one ounce all bread total rip off should be outlawed. NEVER AGAIN!
We ordered 2 extremely simple sandwiches that took 20 minutes in the drive thru and they were not busy at all. I asked for extra mayo and got a completely dry sandwich. The other sandwich wasn't toasted. They apparently ask for tips now??? Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience.

Tall goofy looking guy managed to get most of my order wrong and cant speak a ounce of correct English without it seeming like gibberish.
