Sonic Drive-in - Lincoln

Incredibly slow and disorganized. I ordered the app before the time. the first time that my order was brought out to me, it wasn't my order. the guy apologised to me what was nice, but left and never came back. After 10 minutes I wait for the button again and asked what happened to my in-app order. they apologised again and said it was in a second. I finally got my order, but it was lukewarm, since it was in place. they also forgot the fork for my Bbq chicken (which is super messy), but I sat there and ate it with my hands, because I no longer wanted to be of an unbreed and I stared. a few minutes later, one dame tried to give me someone else's job, because they confused my stall (17) with the one next to me (16). I thought they were busy because the service was so slow and deorganized, but when I left, there were only 5 cars standing and nobody in the drive-thru. I don't usually write reviews, but he's got it. I'm glad I don't live here because I'll never come back.

The lady was super rude and said they didn't. Maybe they should let people know a friendly way or take it from their menu. very rude staff. will be sounded another one from now on.

A little wait, but it's worth it. the slender bubble is perfect every time. had the Oreo radiation and it was delicious? great afternoon snack!

Was pretty busy for a Saturday night. our order was taken immediately, we had only tons and water, and a few minutes later the screen on the menu said the order was on the way. well, it was not and we waited 10 minutes and pressed the command button back to see what was happening. obviously, as the man explained when the commander said that it was left to sit. fortunate he made the list new so that they were beautiful and hot and crispy.

Arrived 45 minutes before closing, waited 30 minutes to even order, ordered 3 drinks. Order never came out. Several employees walking around doing nothing ignoring us and a couple other cars waiting. Employees started clocking out and leaving and told us to “push the button again.” We left without getting anything. The service wasn’t bad, it was straight up disrespectful.
