Kfc - Lincoln

I placed an online order for pick-up at this restaurant and arrived at the scheduled time. I waited for 5 minutes at the front counter before being acknowledged by an employee. When I informed them about my online order, the employee seemed unaware of it at first. Eventually, I was informed that they did not have enough crispy chicken for my order and had to settle for the original recipe instead. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to seek someone out to inquire about the delay, only to be told that I had placed my order just 15 minutes prior. When I finally received my order, the chicken was overcooked and the service was unpleasant. The staff at this restaurant are rude and unprofessional, and the food is subpar. I do not plan on returning.

I placed my order at a restaurant with at least three employees working. They had a simple request box and three other orders came in after mine, but were served before mine. Even though 20 minutes had passed, my order still wasn't filled as the workers were constantly leaving the cooktop to answer their phones. There were five employees in the back editing something and finally, after 30 minutes and the fourth order being filled, mine was still not ready. I asked for a refund and all the employees looked shocked.

I ordered a 12 piece and only received an 8 piece. When I got home and tried to call, the phone was busy for 30 minutes. I didn't want to go back to the restaurant, but after waiting for my food and not receiving everything, I can't recommend this place!

I give this place 3 stars because they put gravy on my mac and cheese. who does that? they are also much more likely to get an order after 60m from any reason wrong

They served very old chicken hard and oily also like very baby chicken they friedIt's was hard for baite , 9.19 was meal but I need more food , I love a lot kfc but kfc going worst day by day ? ? ? even no napkins they give me in the bag even in the storei am eaten in side of the store .... ?
