Got a hair in my mashed potatoes and all they offered me was my money back for the mashed potatoes. As if I want to eat any of the other food they served me. Spent $20 on the whole tailgate special. The first time in every Jack’s! Great taste for chicken, fries are excellent! I wish we had one with us. Friendly staff at this point.
Good food, but everytime i order and get home, they forget my pie, or french fries , or my hash rounds. I like gravy biscuit, the biscuit needs help. Its supposed to be buttery but it falls apart cant swallow it. Try their crispy chicken fillet its awesome. All their foods good, just a long wait, not their fault fue to having so many customers
Our first time here. There's a KFC next door and one of our friends told my wife and I was better than KFC so I showed up and he was right! The food was delicious!
Steakhouse melt was good, crinkle cut fries were on point, fresh and not salted. Tea was good too. Service was great, very friendly and food came quite fast. The sandwich was swallowed immediately after the picture was taken.
