While visiting Lincoln Nebraska for a graduation,my brother went to nearby KFC around 7:30 pm yesterday 5/15/22 and was refused service. The front door was open but the rude obnoxious kid said the were only servicing drive through. Than why is the door open? We were staying at nearby hotel so figured he could just walk. I love their popcorn chicken and their other dishes there always fast and very polite I ate there quite a bit out quite a bit
I've always been a fan of KFC and the one here in Lincoln, NE, is NOT disappointed. Our orders were always correct, hot and predictable delicious. The chicken always tastes fresh and juicy, no matter what time we go through.
I ordered several family dinners from the 9th and southern position today drove over the city for dinner with my family. They shortened my order by 3 LG Gravys and then nobody would answer the phone when I called. Have a look at the Belmont shops and they have corrected the problem without hesitation, and I very much appreciate that I don't have to go back to the city if I couldn't get to the southern store. Thanks crew!
Children on the drive thru was so polite, children who run these are doin awesome
