Embassy Grill - Lincoln

An excellent hotel and one of the nicer Embassy Suites. If you’re attending a Husker game, it’s THE place to stay.

I attended a birthday party at this beautiful restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely, the place was very clean, and the staff was friendly.

The food was excellent, the waitress was fantastic, and the atmosphere was wonderful. If I lived here, I would definitely return. If you haven't visited this restaurant yet, you should definitely add it to your list!

The waitress was very friendly. There were no other customers dining at the time. I ordered the black bean burger, which I found to be quite good. It had a texture similar to a regular hamburger, with just a hint of black bean flavor. It was topped with lettuce and tomato, but no sauce or mayonnaise. I specifically requested no mayonnaise, yet the waitress brought me a bottle anyway. I also had some fresh fruit and decided to add a slice of cheesecake with strawberry sauce. Everything tasted great.

Generic bar food, very few vegetables or vegetarian options. It took 40 min to get food after we specifically asked if we would be able to get food fast enough to make it to a play. Given the other options in downtown it’s no wonder the place was empty.The beer was flat the burger dry and over cooked. What a waste of real estate.
