Had a great time as always at the Lincoln branch, staff are always so friendly and happy to help especially when it comes to my nut allergy, making me feel totally safe. Venue is always kept up to a great standard too and are great at handling when there is a wait for seating! (Will always recommend the fab pad thai! View all feedback.

read moreAt Wagamama, customer experiences are vastly mixed, ranging from delightful to disappointing. While many patrons celebrate the delicious food and welcoming staff—particularly praising the Lincoln branch for its attentive service and accommodating atmosphere—others recount significant frustrations. Issues such as long waits for seating and orders, unresponsive staff, and unsatisfactory meal portions dampen the overall dining experience. Complaints about cleanliness and lack of management responsiveness hint at declining standards. While some diners leave eager to return, others feel deceived and dissatisfied, ultimately highlighting the inconsistency in service and quality that Wagamama must address to enhance their reputation.
