I was told the goat cheese was amazing, so naturally I had to stop by the Bailey Cove market today and pick some up. They were super friendly and recommended their original Tucson flavor. You can eat this as a spread or add it to salads, entrees, etc. I'm super excited and they have a lot of flavors! Pretty reasonable for fresh local cheese! View all feedback.
What Joseph Chandler doesn't like about Humble Heart Farms:
Small farm. This is a decent little trip for an insight into goat farming. There are lots of cute goats and they have tasting and items for purchase. There isn't particularly alot to do except just look at and pet goats. But if that's your goal, this place will get it done... View all feedback.
We got two flavors of goat cheese and both were phenomenal, excited to try more.
This farm is a real gem! So you go to their website make an appointment to tour. The tour lasts for about an hour a half costs $10. You play with baby goats and sample their wide variety of cheeses. We also played with puppies kittens as they happened to have them then. Definitely a fun afternoon for any age group. They also sell their cheese for $7 for a container are at a Chattanooga farmers market on the weekends. They had both sweet, pimento, Buffalo, Mediterranean etc cheese flavors.
Humble Heart Farm goat cheese is the freshest, most truly local goat cheese money can buy in North Alabama. The flavors are always on point, the quality is consistent, you can taste the care that is invested in each and every batch of cheese. I once watched as a young French woman tasted Humble Heart cheese at one of the area farmers markets: almost in tears she said, This tastes like home. Need I say more? Authentic, fresh, local: whenever I serve Humble Heart cheese, my family and guests are very, very happy...
Excellent, fresh, mild cheese in many flavors, craftedby a kind, generous family.
