Food was ok nothing special but not bad. The guy was rude who checked us in tall guy not friendly. Staff need to be more friendly mqbe smile. I still gave euro tip but the guy on the check in was not nice. Needs to be Polite and no smart comments. View all feedback.

A centrally located, upscale restaurant. Making a reservation on Sunday evening, two hours before our dinner, was no problem. We received a very warm welcome, and despite the restaurant being quite busy, we were able to have a pleasant conversation. The menu was excellent, not overwhelming, and complemented by daily specials. Since Irish beef is among the best in the world, I ordered a filet steak rare. Many chefs seem to struggle with serving it too rare. At Cornstore, it was perfect! Super tender and juicy, which is a welcome change from the dryness of a filet. The side dishes were generous, and before the main course, I opted for the onion soup. It was exceptionally good. The staff was attentive but not intrusive. A thoroughly enjoyable evening that completely met my expectations. A must for lovers of fine dining when visiting Limerick.
As they say: nothing beautiful is perfect. Although there was a mistake with our order, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment and every bite. Staff are so friendly, helpful and attentive and that's a big part of it and what it boils down to. The food is exquisite. Absolutely perfect and delicious. The portions are on the small side but quality is top notch. We had a fantastic evening and would come again if ever returning to Limerick. Lovely ambience too and a good choice of wines.
Had a wonderful dinner at Cornstore Limerick with my dad. We started with mussels and burrata — both excellent. For mains, my dad went for the turbot and I ordered the rib eye, asked for rare. It came out well done, which was disappointing — but what happened next was genuinely impressive: the team instantly apologised and replaced the steak without any fuss. That kind of professionalism and care is rare to find. Full respect to the crew and the chef for handling it with such class. It turned what could have been a frustrating moment into a highlight of the evening. Will definitely be back!
The Cornstore offers very good food in a pleasant atmosphere.
Really enjoyed Sunday lunch. Mixed roast platter. Staff were really busy but very efficient. Only minor complaint was our table was too small . There was no room to put roast platter on the stand and cutlery was falling off the table and we felt a bit uncomfortable tbh. Food was very good though and we would go again but book a different table.

Just had a wonderful meal at Cornstore in Limeri k, Ireland. The ceviche was sublime and savory. I had the lobster roll and it was creamy and delicious. The risotto was delicious as well. Steaks and drinks were perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed the carrots too. Our waiter was David. He was very efficient and professional and we would be honored to have him wait on us again. Thank you Cornstore.
This was our best dinner since we arrived in Ireland on 30th July 2025. You can have a seat inside, which is intimate or outside. I took the Lemon half chicken, which was deboned, perfectly cooked and very tasty. My husband had the Seabass on risotto and also liked it very much. Dessert was a generous portion of IrishWhiskeycoffee tiramisu , wich I really enjoyed and I know tiramisu as I am Italian! We would like to go back there, but our road map has now brought us to Kilkee!
Delicious food, great atmosphere and attentive staff. Huge choice on the menu with good selection for gluten free as well as vegetarian options. We had 3 courses with wine and a cocktail and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back! The only thing I would say is the man who greeted us when we arrived made a few jokes which we did find funny, however I could see how some might find them a bit inappropriate!

Amazing dinner experience. We loved everything: from the food, that was simply delicious, to the atmosphere. Most of all, how we felt looked after by Massimiliano in a professional and yet attentive and caring way. He gave us some advice, when asked, and his suggestions were spot on. We loved how he spoke heartily about his work, his team and all the things related to his work at Cornstore, because it made us understand the concept of this beautiful restaurant in Limerick. Besides, he explained to us the dishes, the use of fresh and local staples and talked to us about the top notch attention to quality that we actually found in our dishes. Will be back soon. An overall amazing dinner experience!
Been here a number of times over the years, this time to celebrate the wife’s birthday.. not cheap by any means but it’s the best in Limerick by a mile. Food was excellent (and I’m fairly fussy), service was great and they even made a subtle fuss over my missus birthday! Great place for a treat or special occasion
Manager was super helpful with choices from the menu and when we couldn’t decide he gave us starter on the house. Outstanding hospitality. Menu was pricey but food was excellent that price didn’t matter.
My first time visiting the corn store and our empty plates after our meal said it all an excellent experience
I ate there on Saturday afternoon. A good starter but the main was disappointing for the money. The fried haddock was a little over cooked and the chips dried out

Online menu said they had lots of gf options. When I got the menu in the restaurant this was not the case. One starter was marked as gf but when I ordered it and stated I needed it to be gf, the waiter informed me that it was a typo and the item was not gf. I then tried to order the steak. Turns out, that although all of the steak sauces are gf...the actual steak isn't as it is marinated in a non gf rub. Pointless. Got the salmon which was very nice. Also had the flourless chocolate cake which was nice. Fries were marked as gf but as I didn't order them, I didn't ask about the fryers.

Fab meal last night we celebrated our first wedding anniversary! Greeted by Jason who was very friendly seated by a girl who was not so friendly in fact she never uttered a word! Eoin our waiter was fantastic we weren’t rushed everything was relaxed the meal was absolutely stunning the duck in particular was so tasty! Can’t wait to be in Limerick again so we can eat here again
Down in Limerick for the weekend with a group of friends and at the last minute tried to book a table with the restaurant for some celebrations. They were so obliging and sorted us with a table. The food and service was top class!! Could not recommend this place enough. Will be back!
Best steak in town. Top notch service too. Good wine, need to change up the desert menu imo but ya u pay for quality food and we were happy as always eating here. Cheers lads. See ye again soon
Excellent service from the moment you step through the door. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the timing of the meal was very good. A must if your in Limerick.
Love love love this place! Been here for dinner before and popped in for coffee and cake before our drive home to Dublin on Sunday and I keep dreaming of my decadent chocolate cake with melting middle. My partner had the amazing crumble. I wish we could have stayed for dinner. Lovely staff and atmosphere too on both occassions

Always a great place to go to have a delicious meal! The atmosphere is lively and the service is great.
I went with colleagues to Cornstore for dinner while on a business trip and it was fantastic! It is a typical bar/pub/restaurant, but the food was so delicious and the Guinness was right. I have the crab pig (no picture, I'm sorry) without knowing what to expect, but it didn't let me down. The flaky crabs were covered with a mild and creamy upper layer. The Irish burger was very delicious! Dessert was espresso cream brulee, which was also very good with a crispy, crusty top and the sweet coffee flavored custard. Very recommended!
From wine to steak and dessert to follow, everything in Cornstore was amazing. It is one of those in your memory meals that you cannot shake for years to follow. I'd come back to Limerick to have this meal again. Wowza!

Wow!!! This place is amazing!!! Greeted immediately with a smile and seated promptly. The service is impeccable!! AND the food….ohh my DELISH!!! The only bad part of my evening, my empty plate! I’ll definitely be back soon!!!

Lovely restaurant. A small space in the garden, well designed, cosy ... created a safe environment in this pandemic situation. The aubergine was outstanding. The chicken breast covered by bacon was amazing. For pizza, it will be good to have an hot olive oil. The chips were well done. Looking forward to come back.
Friendly and kind staff whose service is extra ordinary. Wonderful atmosphere. Their vegan options are below par. There are thousands vegan options to provide and all they offer are Summer salad as starter, Cauliflower Steak as main course and fruit salad for dessert. Need more effort on vegan options.
I keep supporting the business but their service is getting bad every visit. Aside from small portion of fish n chips for €18 have to wait more than 30 mins just to pay despite non busy hours and happened twice. I always feel unwelcome as solo diner.
Popped in tonight, it 's been an age since I went for a meal, friends down from Dublin, off we went, the duck was pull apart good, my missus ordered the pork belly, better again, on her dish was a toasted cheese potato gratin, it was savage, decided to go for a few desert 's between the six of us and a few cocktails, tiramisu was lovely as was the coffee, now the mad stuff, tried a basil infusion martini, mental, but I 'm glad I tried it! For what we got, very reasonable, nice floor staff, very relaxed vibe, defo go again over the Christmas. To the manager, the floor and bar staff are a credit to ye . For me, a defo repeat
Traveled down from Donegal for a course. This restaurant was recommended to dine in. Firstly the staff are absolutely brilliant. Friendly, accommodating, helpful and incredibly informative. The birds n bees cocktail is a must...and ask about its origins! The wines are to die for and complimented the outstanding meal. Food was cooked fresh, hot, not pretentious and absolutely moreish...to the point that your feeling blissfully stuffed. Compliments to the manager who ran around guiding,helping his staff to ensure a smoothly run Saturday night. I would highly recommend this restaurant and intend to return tomorrow for lunch.
