The fried beef slices were unrecognizable, just dry, unappetizing pieces. Unfortunately, most of our two meals ended up in the trash!

However, Michael patiently guided me through t... read more I didn’t realize that they don’t accept direct debit transactions, having gone in to pick up my orders for years. However, Michael patiently guided me through the process of ordering via Just Eat. He even called me back to confirm that my order was received. During our conversation, I mentioned that I was experiencing a hypoglycemic episode (a nightmare for diabetics) and inquired about how long it would take. I was told it would take an hour and ten minutes. I started to worry and began looking for glucose tablets. What this thoughtful gentleman did next was incredible. He called me to confirm the order and prioritized it due to my situation. Now that’s what I call service! The meal arrived precisely 15 minutes later, and the elderly gentleman who delivered it was so kind. I never asked for extra help, but he took it upon himself to check on me—what a kind-hearted soul! When the restaurant reopened after COVID-19, I was amazed by their safety precautions. The daytime staff is also very lovely and friendly. I had the pleasure of speaking with a young, upbeat Chinese gentleman whose English was excellent. The staff is fantastic, the food is superb, and the portion sizes are generous. Returning to Michael, he truly is exceptional. One small suggestion I have is for them to invest in a Visa card machine for customers who don’t have computers and prefer to pay by card—especially during a pandemic. While Just Eat is great, it would be easier to just call in and provide the card number over the phone. Overall, I give Wokking five stars for everything, especially for that outstanding staff member, Michael. He definitely deserves a raise; otherwise, he might be scooped up by another establishment! The chicken is delicious, perfectly seasoned with generous amounts of spices and onions, and it's great value for money as well.
