We work in the local hospital and we eat here in Russell's, the food is very nice and reasonably priced.
Lovely menue for food, busy location but worth the visit. Hard to knock it. Food up there in quality
Went for lunch. Had bacon and cabbage. Bacon was tough and cabbage was under cooked. Shame I was really looking forward to it.
If you're going just go for the carvery, don't bother with à la carte in the evening. Russell's used to be GOATed but in recent years the prices have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller. Still a good carvery though, the chicken curry is great.
Great food, great value You won't leave here hungry. Great selection of carveries on offer and they really fill your plate. And it's good food and very tasty. Excellent value. Would definitely recommend and return here again.
