Cozy little café and chippy with a genuine greasy spoon atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic. I visited on a busy Saturday morning, and the staff were friendly, warm, and attentive. I had the breakfast with hash browns, which was delicious and the perfect fuel for a day of Guinness. I'm a big fan of the white pudding, something I don’t usually find back in the UK. The hash browns were the best I’ve ever tasted. The meal cost €12, and while I wished the portion was slightly larger for the price, it was still great value. The chips looked incredible too—I just wish I had tried them. Highly recommended for a hearty local breakfast.

Last week, I went to Rio's for lunch with some friends. One of the daily specials was sausage, beans, and egg with chips, which was a decent meal priced around €15. However, it took a while to get the waiter’s attention to place our order.

We enjoyed a wonderful brunch at Rio's on our final day in Dublin. The service was exceptional, the food delicious, and the prices reasonable. I only wish we had discovered this place earlier!

I had a fantastic time at this delightful café close to the town center. The owners were welcoming, and the breakfast I enjoyed was hearty and tasty. I’ll certainly come back next time I’m in Dublin.

The restaurant's posted hours are consistently inaccurate. Every time I try to visit, it’s closed even though they say they open at 10 am. They really need to update their schedule.
