Originally... read more Recently, two of my friends and I transitioned to a plant-based diet, and we were thrilled to discover their vegan burger. It’s incredibly delicious! Originally, only the patty was vegan, but they've since expanded to include a vegan bun, mayo, and more. It’s genuinely outstanding! The passion of the chefs and owners is evident in the quality of the food and the thoughtful menu changes. It’s truly amazing!

Upon our arrival, we found the place nearly empty, allowing us to choose our seats easily. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We decided to order the prime rib with sides. Unfortunately, the rib tasted like it had been cooked the day before and simply reheated. The gravy was lumpy and congealed, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the vegetables were inedible. The Yorkshire pudding also appeared to be store-bought rather than homemade. The only highlight of the meal was the delicious horseradish sauce. Overall, we were quite disappointed with our dining experience, especially as there were only two other tables occupied during our visit. We will not be coming back.

The food itself was fantastic, which made our experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the service was atrocious. We were not attended to at any stage during our meal, and no one checked if we wanted more drinks. We also had long waits for our food and had to flag down staff just to get the bill. It was disappointing to see what looked like a lack of training or management, as staff seemed to stand around talking to each other instead of helping customers. The poor service completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful meal.
