The restaurant offers a bright and cheerful atmosphere with brisk and friendly service. However, some customers found the tea quality to be poor, while others experienced rudeness from staff. One diner had a terrible dining experience, citing broken dishes, expensive and poor quality food. On a positive note, others enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere, consistent food quality, and friendly staff. Some praised the variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light lunches offered. Overall, the restaurant provides a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal, but some improvements in pricing and service may be needed.

Was Anonym at Bowes Ryan a mag?
I popped in for a cup of tea and a slice of cake, but the generous dinner portions caught my eye—they looked amazing! I’ll definitely be returning for a full meal next time I’m in Limerick. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Bowes Ryan:

Charming restaurant with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. The food is quite enjoyable, but the service could use some improvement. During busy times, it can be confusing to know where to place your order, how to pay, and how to get your food to the table. This led to a few mix-ups, but they were all handled well in the end.
This is a convenient food court in the shopping mall, perfect for quick, counter-style meals. It’s not upscale, but I enjoyed the porridge, dessert, and tea. Our bus to Bunratty Castle departed right outside, which was very convenient. They also offered a wide variety of lunch options.
