The prices are outrageous. I went in one day for a regular cappuccino, iced latte, and two small tray bakes, and it came to £14. Even a simple lunch like goujons and fries costs nearly £9, and the portion sizes are not very generous. It's not worth it. I haven't returned since.
The service at this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a snack, coffee, and an apple pie. The coffee and pie were brought to my table without any communication, so I waited for my snack before starting. After 10 minutes, I asked a server to check on my order, and she told me it would be another 2 minutes. After waiting an additional 5 minutes with my coffee getting cold, my order still had not arrived. I had to leave for an appointment, so I requested a refund. Although I received a refund, it was short of the total cost. There was no time to argue. If you enjoy weak coffee and poor service, this may be the spot for you. Otherwise, I would recommend avoiding it.
I don't even know where to begin! The staff seemed completely disinterested and had a careless attitude. The bacon was severely undercooked, the toast was cold, and the scrambled eggs were a disaster. I can't believe someone would claim to be a cook and still mess up such a simple dish. I definitely won't be returning and will not be recommending this place to anyone!
Food tastes like cardboard coffee disgustingt the service is like they just want to be somewhere else do not recommend
Was here with my brother for lunch. I had an Italian panini and my bro had the buffalo burger. Food was very average, panini had far too much pesto in it and the burger had very little sauce, looked a bit miserable. The phrase“ I’m sorry about that” could be heard frequently my brother had asked for coleslaw and didnt get any, had to wait a while for it to arrive. Poor customer service, won’t be back for food again. The tables are also very sticky, not cleaned properly. One time I was in the member of staff offered to clean my table but I didn’t hear back from them for about 10 minutes, had clearly forgotten.
