What User doesn't like about (the) Grind Cafe Coffeehouse:
The vibe of this place is way off! Stood in the entryway for over five minutes and never got greeted at all. As we were waiting there was a dude in the kitchen just walking through eating a sandwich. Total health code violation. Ultimately we left becauseno one would talk to us ????. Total lack of oversight or management it seemed. View all feedback.
Great place, great food, good service. Had the Reuben panni great sauce and sandwich. Carmel drink as well.

Food was OK. Service was relatively non-existent. I waited for Food for an hour. But I had an empty coffee cup for about 30 minutes before wait staff made it to My table. There were about 15-20 customers in the place. Maybe it was my face?
Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was slow, but it looked like they were understaffed. A chronic problem everywhere, it seems. Our server was very good!
