Rapid Fired Pizza - Lima

I ordered 12 pizzas for a church activity and we were satisfied. The pizzas that were two gluten-free were excellent. The staff was helpful and pleasant and the pizzas were ready to pick up.

Food was ok but the works were talking smack because we had cards for a free pizza and they wouldn't let me redeem it and I did ask for a bit more cheese and it was 1 dollar and that's fine but the hey little got a pinch of cheese and said that's enough unless you want another dollar of cheese but over all very Unprofessional employees /staff I will not be returning

Love the food but everytime I go, employees are frequently attempting to close the store down 2/3 hours before close. They have everything pulled out and put away, wiping down counters, mopping, etc and have a terrible attitude, scoffing at customers and overall not being welcoming. I ordered it today at 6:30pm on doordash, order was confirmed, I had 2 doordashers both who attempted to knock on the door as it was locked, called the store, and still nothing. I even called the store myself and no answer. 7pm doordash cancelled my order because they couldn’t get anyone to unlock the doors in order to complete it. The location closes at 10pm. Really frustrating and definitely makes me not want to return.

Generally love this place. Food is good. BUT I’m coming on here because the last 3 times that I have came here, the hours said they are open- but then they are not. The first time there was a note on the door that said “closed at 4pm for family emergency”. The time after that, I checked google hours and it said they close at 10. We show up around 9 and they are closed. Today, I called at 2pm and asked when they close, because the last 2 times they weren’t open when they should have been. The man on the phone told me 10pm. I showed up at 9:30 and they are closed. It is quite annoying. I don’t want to say I hate the business or anything, because they food is great and usually employees are friendly. But they clearly have something going on with staffing, or something else. I would like to see something change regarding their open/close status.
