I observed staff placing signs with rude messages on the back of an elderly employee with special needs, and another customer had to step in to remove the offensive sign. Additionally, I noticed female employees engaging in shadow boxing in the parking lot while shouting obscenities at one another. I’m astonished that there isn't someone on-site to supervise the staff at this location.

The staff appears disorganized and inexperienced, lacking clear leadership. The so-called "Manager" was loud and domineering, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for the employees. No one felt safe enough to share their names due to fears of retaliation, which reveals a lot about the working conditions. The owner should take responsibility and be embarrassed by the subpar service their staff is providing.

They were unwilling to provide cond... read more Terrible customer service... Unpleasant attitudes... Uninformed staff... The food was just as unappetizing as the employees. They were unwilling to provide condiments for breakfast items or coffee. Additionally, they were taking delivery orders and purposefully leaving items and condiments off, laughing and joking about it. The women working the front at 9 AM on December 2nd need to be either fired or retrained. Deliberately messing up customers' paid orders is extremely disrespectful.

The gated trash area is also kept in pristine condition. Regardless of how busy it gets, the service here remains courteous and prompt.

The staff here were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was tasty, and the customer service exceeded all expectations. The cashier didn’t apologize and acted like it’s a common occurrence. Luckily, we were dining inside; glad we didn’t choose the drive-thru. This was the final straw for me when it comes to getting food here.

Additionally, the hash browns I received were cold, so I asked for fresh ones. They gave me new ones, but the ones I had handled were simply placed back on the rack!
