What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The biggest issue at this restaurant is the lack of effective management. The staff seems disorganized and inexperienced, with no clear leadership in place. The so-called "Manager" was loud and overbearing, causing discomfort among the employees. It’s McDonald’s… sub-par slow-food that gets more expensive every time I drive through. At this point the only saving grace is the app that offers deals and coupons that make it a little more reasonable.
It's not that bad of a place . They could keep it a little cleaner but other then that it's ok.
The breakfast bagel sammies are back but the paper straws are terrible
It was a very long time since I had good McDonald customer service, but my experience gave me a new opinion today. The staff was super friendly and the food was fresh. Definitely will return.
Besides Eddiestone PA McDonald's, this McDonald's is one of the best. Eating is always hot and fresh, waiting times inside are short. Management is always beautiful, service is great. Definitely prefer this place above the brookhaven location
