I saw an employee give a bag of food to the car ahead of us, but that customer returned it and moved forward to wait. Then, the worker handed the same bag to our car; I noticed him put it down and pick it up again. I’m uncomfortable with strangers handling my food, especially since both boxes were open. To make things worse, the employee falsely told me the order was freshly prepared.

Tonight, I o... read more I grew up in Lima and have always preferred Famous Recipe, while my wife has been a longtime fan of KFC. Occasionally, we compromise and order KFC. Tonight, I ordered online and went to pick it up. Honestly, the chicken was the worst I’ve ever had from any KFC. It was overcooked, greasy, and had a slightly bitter flavor, which I suspect came from old oil. My wife agreed and couldn’t finish her meal; she said the original recipe’s seasoning was nothing like before—far too peppery. I’m sure the Colonel would be disappointed to see what’s happened to his restaurants.

A couple of weeks ago, I v... read more I'm a big fan of KFC, but I'm worried they might close down this year due to their unpredictable hours and inconsistent food quality. A couple of weeks ago, I visited and they had run out of chicken. Then, about ten days ago, I found out that half the items I wanted would take 15-20 minutes to prepare. Just four days ago, I went around 6:00 PM to avoid long lines, only to find they were closed because of a staffing shortage. I tried again the next day around 3:00 PM, but was told they wouldn't open until 4:00 PM.

She insisted that I had requested the Mountain Dew, but I made it clear that we never drink that soda. She took it back and then prepared another Mountain Dew, which she again handed to me. I corrected her once more, stating that it was supposed to be a Pepsi. Finally, she provided me with a drink that had been sitting by the window for some time. After finally receiving his order, I told my husband that I would never return to that place again—he would have to go get his chicken by himself! The only staff member I interacted with was the young woman at the drive-thru, and I found her to be quite rude.

Unfortunately, we both received what I believe was suppo... read more I ordered a two-piece original chicken meal, while my wife chose a two-piece extra crispy chicken meal. Unfortunately, we both received what I believe was supposed to be the original chicken, but it was greasy and tasted stale, as if it had been left out all day. They also forgot my coleslaw. Overall, I was disappointed by this new location.
