However, they do have a rice that they mix with a gluten product so if one has a gluten problem you should specify White Rice. The chicken was very good as was the hummus. We visited this restaurnat twice while in Lima. Great staff, great food and with a great value.

The food was absolutely top tier, clearly made with family love, and the price was really cheap. Highly recommend, and we would've gone back if we had time.

The only downside came when they forgot to put in my shawarma. It came quickly after they realized it. This place was slammed so prepare to wait a few minutes for a table.

Sent it back and got another and it was raw again, third time it was heavily over cooked (probably to prevent a complaint of raw chicken). Fries were ok but not great, no salt or anything

I had the vegetarian plate, which was delicious and a passion fruit juice which was amazing. My husband haa an Arabic lemonade (has mint). It was blended and delicious.

Had asked the Arabic salad (tomatoes and cucumbers with a lot of parsley on salad) whether they serve with Pita on the side, but no bread or Pita goes close. They give you a tzatziki-like sauce that gives the salad an extra-garlic oomphe. Since there could be cross-contamination when you get meat or other salads, only 4 hearts - always ask! But I am a very sensitive Celiac and had zero problems.
