Lo más popular son los sanguches de chicharrón. Esto es pan recién hecho relleno de jugosa carne de cerdo y rebanadas de camote frito servido en la mesa con cebolla morada fileteada. Además si lo solicitas una salsa de chile rocoto. Y para beber chicha morada..riquísimo

Este es el primer local, y aún mantiene ese sabor único e incomparable que los hizo tan famosos.De todos los locales que he visitado del Chinito, este es el que... read more Este es el primer local, y aún mantiene ese sabor único e incomparable que los hizo tan famosos.De todos los locales que he visitado del Chinito, este es el que tiene el mejor sabor de todos.Vale la pena ir hasta el centro y hacer la cola para ingresar o llevar el pan.Lo único malo es que no te dan el huesito para degustar como si hacen en los otros locales.

The place is busy. Fast pace , many rice dishes with meat pork is popular Thr price is very good and one can filled up easily without hurting the wallet. It is not what it used to be and be granted for. I ordered two sandwiches to go in Jesus Maria and the sweet potatoes were burnt and the meat was ridiculously small compared to the way the served in the past. If you order to go make sure to check your order before leaving the premises and complain if it is not ok. If you are eating at the table ask you waiter to exchange the order. I am so sorry to witness how a good restaurant looses gradually its reputation.

Locations can be found all over the city, but this location is very local with a long line outside for takeout, the line to eat inside is actually easier and shorter. Peruvian breakfast tends to be on the heavy side. We ordered the chicharron sandwich with sweet potato and the ribs. The ribs seemed to be slow simmered to max tenderness, then deep fried for a crunchy outer texture while maintaining a soft inside. Very tasty. The chicharron sandwich was average, until you put the side of zesty/limey onions they give you on top. Onions break the fattiness of the chicharron and brighten up the dish. Service was quick, friendly and efficient.

Had the pork tamal and chicharrón with sweet potato sandwich, excellent sandwich, tender meat, probably made in caja china, too bad the ribs were not ready, I hear they are spectacular
