So here in Lima Primos is one of the best purveyors of this Peruvian specialty plus it had great chicken liver skewers with ají cause, another delight. With restaurants closed, Primos will deliver....You call, they take your order and you can pay by credit card on delivery. Almost as good as eating in their restaurant. Food came hot and on time. Leaves fast food chicken joints in the dust

Have a pisco sour or a glass of wine or sangria. Or a beer. With it have chicken livers on a skewer with...spicy ají sauce. Then try any of their versions of chicken Ron the spit. There's a lot more than chicken here but really, try the chicken.

Order of fries and salad could easily have served persons. All for only US. Fair...warning, consider splitting a meal with someone.

Try the chick... read more We normally go to the restaurant itself which is a short walk away from the apartment we stay in. This time we got delivery. Wow. It worked great. Try the chicken liver anticuchos (like kabobs). If adventurous the beef heart anticuchos. Both eaten with ají...to spice it up. Best chicken deal is the whole chicken with salad and fries. Quartered it make a meal for two or three. Lots of other dishes. Really good Peruvian comfort food
