I agree wholeheartedly with the previous reviewer. This small, unassuming-yet-inviting cevicheria is my favourite place for seafood in Miraflores. Everything I have tried so far has been very good (jalea) or absolutely delicious (ceviche, causa, camote glaseado, chupe de pescado, pisco sour). It's a working-class establishment, and servings are generous for the price. Unlike most other restaurants on Calle Berlin, this one is frequented by locals, and when I took a group of Peruvian university students there, they were quite satisfied with the quantity, quality and price. We ordered several plates, and they introduced me to jalea, which is battered seafood on a bed of fried fish. We all left happy and with full stomachs for only S./30 per person!

Calle Berlin is a great stretch in the Miraflores area with smaller affordable restaurants. A little off the tourist path and main arteries. This cevicheria caught my eye because it was seafood and that's all I wanted at the time. We landed in the perfect place. Our order consisted of the traditional ceviche (limey,oniony and perfectly spicy), ceviche de crema (mixto seafood in a yellow cream sauce) , conchitas (6 the smaller sized ones with lots of parm recommended), fried wontons (6 7 pcs the shrimp inside actually tasted like shrimp, thicker wonton pastry fried, large), 2 pisco sours and 2 waters. All for S.105 (tax/tip included) $42USD All portions were generous and flavour packed. Very reasonable prices for the amount of food/drink. Service was attentive and gracious for such a casual restaurant. A great casual restaurant with purposely carved wooden chairs and tables. Simple but comfortable patio with canopy or inside restaurant eating space. There should be more reviews for this place!

Si estás en Miraflores y quieres comer bien, en un lugar tranquilo, sin hacer colas y a precios razonables; este restaurante es el lugar. Especializado en comida marina y criolla, muy buena. El ceviche siempre fresco, bien preparado y bien presentado. Totalmente recomendable
