Staff seemed untrained, unnecessary questioning, staff asking same irrelevant questions several times (for example the gate agent asking if me and my friend were a couple), overpriced prices for water (more expensive than in Paris or Berlin). Overall not a pleasant experience. A pity considering Peru is such a wonderful destination.
